Even with a reduction in annual administration fees and online applications we are not changing the way we deal with advisers and their clients.
We won’t be using call centres and we will still be offering the same high level of personal service. You will continue to deal with the same administrator you always have. If you are new to us you will be allocated a main administrator who will deal with all your cases, getting to know you as they do.
