To say that we live in uncertain times, seems a bit of an understatement at the moment.  But one thing can be certain of, is that everyone at Talbot and Muir is focused on ensuring that we continue to provide you with the highest possible levels of service and technical support.

Telephone support

We have been fortunate that our technology has allowed us to continue to provide telephone support to you and new advisers wishing to deal with us.  This has been both for current SIPP/SSAS clients and also providing support to those advisers looking to establish a new case.  We know that you need this immediate help and ongoing support and will continue to provide this as lockdown continues.

Virtual support

We were able to move the majority of staff to working from home in a secure and timely manner, ensuring the safety of themselves and their families.  The investment we have made into our systems and the IT infrastructure have been invaluable and means that we are able to provide support and technical help without you seeing any drop in quality or speed of response.

 Office based support (socially distanced of course)

Not everything can be transacted virtually and so we have ensured that we have staff in the office to deal with any post that has arrived and to provide support that cannot be done virtually such as banking cheques and obtaining authorized signatures on formal documentation.

Business development consultant support

Our business development consultants have always worked in a remote way from our offices and so the transition has been easy for them.  They do miss the face to face interaction with advisers and clients, but using video conferencing this has now become a way of life.  They are also undertaking a number of bespoke webinars for advisers, where many firms use off the shelf presentations, we have taken the decision to do this on a bespoke basis so that advisers are getting exactly the CPD training that they as a firm require.

We pride ourselves on treating each of you as an individual and are aware that now more than ever you need us to continue to provide high service standards despite lockdown.
